My Approach
Every person has a unique story shaped by their experiences, relationships, culture, and values. My approach is built on trust, respect, and genuine connection, meeting each client where they are with compassion and understanding.
As a veteran, I have a deep appreciation for the experiences of active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, and their families. This perspective informs my work and strengthens my commitment to creating a space where clients feel supported, respected, and understood.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop greater self-awareness. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where meaningful healing and growth can take place.
I am also grateful to have my therapy dog, Marley, as part of my practice. Marley helps create a calming and welcoming presence for clients who choose to include animal-assisted support in their therapeutic experience.

Let's Connect
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel a little uncertain, and you may not know exactly where to begin. That’s okay—you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
I invite you to connect with me for a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share a little about what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, relationship concerns, emotional challenges, or simply feel ready for something to change, you’re welcome to reach out.
I look forward to hearing from you.
